If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call the clinic at 519-846-5327 and follow the instructions. If possible, it is best to always call before coming in so that a staff member can advise you on your particular emergency.

Mon-Thurs: 8AM – 8PM
Fri: 8AM – 6PM
Sat, Sun & Holidays: Closed

1. Stay calm & make sure your pet is in no immediate danger.
2. Call our clinic at (519) 846-5327 and let us know your emergency.
3. For after-hour emergencies, you will be given an alternate number to call for one of the on-call veterinarians for the city.
